WA State Prefiled Housing Bills — 2025 Legislative Session


As of Thursday, January 9th, 2025, there have been 441 prefiled bills submitted to the Washington State Legislature. Out of 468 prefiled bills, 47 are related to housing. Here are the prefiled housing bills that Washington State’s House and Senate will consider during the 2025 legislative session:
